18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 80 years and above visiting the outpatient clinic of the internal medicine department of the AMC
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We will exclude patients: - who come for a second opinion to the AMC * who have a life expectancy of less than three months according to the attending physician * who are not able to give informed consent * who are diagnosed with dementia as mentioned in their medical history
