Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ankle arthroscopy under general anaesthesia age: 18-75 years ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -intravenous drug users and patients chronically using large amounts of analgesics. -concomitant participation in other studies -fysical or mental handicaps preventing regulare revalidation -known allergy for bupivacaine

pain score at 3 hours post-operative

MeasureTime frame
pain score 1, 6, 24 hours post-operative. satisfaction 24 hours postoperative adjuvant consuption and time to first dose of adjuvant analgesics.
