Inclusion criteria: informed consent age > 18 haemodialysis patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: instabil haemodynamics oral surgery

MeasureTime frame
Primary endpoints: 1. difference between sublingual MFI at the end of hemodialysis without ultrafiltration (b) and the end of hemodialysis with ultrafiltration (a) 2. difference in sublingual MFI at the end of two ultrafiltration methods (standard (a) versus BVM (c)).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoints: 1. difference in sublingual MFI time points t = 1 and t = 2 hours for 3 sessions (a vs b and a vs. c). 2. difference in change in MFI from baseline at t = 1, t = 2 and t = 4 hours for 3 sessions (a vs b and a vs. c). 3. correlation between the change of MFI at the end of the session parameters and ultrafiltration volume, ultrafiltration rate, blood pressure, pulse, dry mass (BCM) and laboratory parameters.
