Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head and neck cancer who have indicated to experience anxiety in the palliative phase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years, incompetent, an anxiety disorder is diagnosed using the DSM-IV, patient in the terminal phase, is receiving treatment at the ear nose and throat department or if he / she can not write or speak the Dutch language.
