18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All groups: -Age 18-50 years Control Group: -No current or previous symptoms of knee pain in patellar tendon or its insertion -VISA score > 80 Symptomatic group: -Current symptoms of knee pain in patellar tendon or its patellar or tibial insertion in connection with training and competition, in one knee. -Symptoms for over three months to exclude acute inflammatory tendon problems and de novo partial ruptures. -VISA score 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Neurologic or neuromuscular disorder - Other lower extremity injury or disease that might interfere with the measurements

Main outcome is the difference between the (previously) injured and the non-injured leg on the 'time to detect passsive motion.
