18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - People from the general, healthy Dutch population - Participants should be between 20 and 65 years old - Participants should have a sufficient understanding of the Dutch language (in reading and writing), because the educational program and questionnaires will be in Dutch

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Being on a diet prescribed by a physician or dietitian - No accessibility to the Internet
