Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indication for Below Knee amputation; Indicated for prosthetic training in Center for Rehabilitation UMCG; able to perform ankle dorsal - and plantar flexion (before amputation); physical and mental condition is sufficient for being 45 minutes in the MRI scanner.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: all exclusions for regular MRI scan.

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome parameter is the description of the cortical motor representation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the secondary parameters are the scores for the motor performance tests and the VAS score for phantom pain.
