Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent Age > 18 years Clinical admission to department of cardiology of MMC due to myocardial infarction, PCI or CABG Eligible for cardiac rehabilitation Ability to understand the Dutch language, reading and writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous participation in cardiac rehabilitation Diagnosis of chronic heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main endpoint is level and type of information needs and information seeking behaviour.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoint is association between the level of information needs and the following possible determinants: socio-demographic factors, level of health literacy, illness perceptions (B-IPQ), anxiety (HADS), depression (HADS), type D personality (DS14)and quality of life (SF36). The development of information needs and information seeking behaviour over time, given the cardiac rehabilitation.
