Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosis obsessive compulsive disorder according to DSM IV or ICD 10 - Age: 18-65 - Dilemma's concerning patients competence about treatment or admission - A family member and thee doctor are included too

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Language difficulties - A diagnosis in the psychotic of amnestic spectrum
