Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * Patients with disseminated testicular cancer in complete remission after chemotherapy with or without adjunctive surgery and in active follow-up * Age 18 years or older; * Started with chemotherapy after January 1st 2003; * Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * Mental disability.

Design outcomes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Satisfaction of participating patients, GPs and oncologists. Psychosocial well being of patients will be assessed with questionnaires (HADS, SF 36 and Distress Thermometer) when visiting their GP.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint of this study is a safely executed follow-up within the survivorship care plan according to the pre-specified guidelines. The safety of the SCP will be evaluated by the number of failures of adequate response to the detection of relapses or cardiovascular risk factors.
