Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The following parameters will be assessed: - Standardized 3.86% glucose PET preceded by a night dwell (8 to 12 hours) with a 3.86% glucose solution - Standardized 3.86% glucose PET preceded by a night dwell (8 to 12 hours) with glucose polymer solution (Icodextrin) - Standardized 3.86% glucose PET preceded by a night dwell (8 to 12 hours) with a 2.27% glucose solution The main outcome parameter will be D0/Dt of glucose. Do is the glucose concentration in the dialysate at start and Dt is the glucose concentration in the dialysate after 60 and 240 minutes. | — |
