Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing ophtalmic surgery and requiring general anaesthesia. withe: -diabetes -cardiovascular disease >55 years All patients: age > 18 years and older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal;- Patient < 18 years
