Inclusion criteria: - Age >= 65 years - Malnourished or at risk of malnutrition (MNA total score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Expected hospital stay shorter than 8 days - Terminal illness - Expected death during hospitalization/palliation - Need for tube feeding or parenteral feeding
