Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subject has to be an adult patient in an outpatient psychiatric clinic, 18 years of age or older, and has received at least one episode of treatment in the six months prior to the interview. We will recruit individuals with major mental disorders and/or substance use disorders, in treatment at outpatient treatment centers, such as GGZ or forensic outpatient psychiatric centers. The patient has to possess the mental capacity to provide informed consent (*wilsbekwaamheid*) and to be able to participate in this research (e.g. adequate command of the Dutch language)..

Exclusion criteria: No subjects below 18 years of age.
