Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI > 40 or BMI > 35 with comorbidity Age between 18-60 years Sufficient command of the Dutch language (speaking and reading)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: mentally handicapped acute psychotic symptoms
