18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject must be enrolled or in the intake procedure of the CO-EUR treatment programme minimum 18 years of age BMI > 30 kg/m2 The inclusioncriteria of the CO-EUR treatment center are also minimum 18 years of age and a BMI > 30kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: insulin dependent diabetics are excluded

Glucose tolerance as assessed by an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT)

- body weight and body composition - physical activity as assessed by the SenseWear Pro 2 armband and the Actigraph accelerometer - sleep efficiency as assessed by the SenseWear Pro 2 armband - excessive daytime sleepiness as assessed by the Epworth Sleepiness Scale
