Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: -Subjects with a clinical suspicion of lung cancer, based on a pulmonary lesion on chest-X-ray and/or computed tomography (CT) of the thorax, in whom diagnostic bronchoscopy will be performed. Healthy controls: -Subjects undergoing a bronchoscopy for scientific purposes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No additional exclusion criteria are required for the collection of exhaled breath or bronchial air.
