Interventions

Patients in group A and B will be seen in the outpatients clinic regularly. These appointments are multidisciplinary with participation of physicians, stroke-nurses, physiotherapists and dietitians.

Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years with a transient ischemic attack (TIA) or minor stroke less than 1 week ago National Institute of Health (NIH) stroke scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe aphasia or language barrier Operation immediately after TIA or minor stroke (cardiac or pulmonary) Contraindications for physical activity Disease with assumed inability to perform physical activity Dementia
