Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 65 years or older; Independent locomotion capabilities without the support of others or the use of a (walking) aid; Capable of walking short distances (max. 50m) repeatedly within a time frame of 30 mins, without significant pain and/or exhaustion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of a debilitating medical condition; Presence of a neuromuscular condition, for example as a consequence of Parkinson's disease or a major stroke; Presence of advanced Alzheimer's disease or severe dementia; Cognitively incapable to understand simple verbal instructions; Frequent cane use or the use of a rollator, crutches during daily living.
