Cold Pressor test: The volunteers non-dominant hand will be held in ice water for 2 minutes Forearm Bloodflow will be measured by venous occlusion plethysmography.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No medical history No medication age 18-35 years non-smokers
