Therapy response: - poor responders defined as: no response after initiation of treatment (i.e., continued progressive disease) evaluated by RECIST criteria (see http://www.recist.com/). - good responders: best responders (evaluated by RECIST criteria) in the retrospective and prospective cohorts. I.e., we will select the most extreme cases for this evaluation.	—
