18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 55 and 85 years BMI > 30 or BMI > 28 + waist circumference > 88 cm (women), > 102 cm (men)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any malignant disease during the last five years except for adequately treated prostate cancer without evidence of metastases, localized bladder cancer, cervical carcinoma in situ, breast cancer in situ or non-melanoma skin cancer - Previously known: - Kidney failure (previous glomerular filtration rate
