18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age : 18-45 years • Willing to sign informed consent • Healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Hypertension • Any cardiovascular abnormality in past medical history, physical examination or ECG. • Drug abuse • Alcohol abuse (> 3 units/day) • Smoking • BMI>=30 kg/m2 • Inability to perform bicycle exercise • One or more of the items of the questionnaire (American Heart Association 12-point screening for exercise test) scores positive (see appendix of protocol) • Any signs and symptoms of current infection based on physical examination and medical history • Medical history of chronic infection or autoimmune diseases • History of vaccine injection in recent 1 month.
