Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age above 18 years - Cranial irradiation (end of RT > 6 months earlier) with the hypothalamus and pituitary within the field of irradiation - For the following tumors: • Meningeoma grade I or II • Medulloblastoma • Atrocytoma grade I or II • Oligodendroma grade II • Ependyoma • Dysgerminoma • Pineloma • Chordoma • Chondrosarcoma • Schwanoma • Metastasis of other primary non cerebral tumors • Nasopharyngeal tumors • Prophylactic radiation for stem cell transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Present medical or psychiatric conditions that impair the fulfillment of study requirements and/or interfere with the evaluation of study objectives by probable independent effects on quality of life or neuropsychological functioning. - Known drug or alcohol abuse. - Life expectancy less than 2 years and/or progressive disease. - Grade III or IV intracerbral tumors
