Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a sinus pilonidalis need to have an excision by operation Age between 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with DM, Arteriele/venous disability's Allergy to Alganaten/Kerlix BMI>35
