18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus type 2 (diagnosed within the last 12 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not speaking Dutch; cognitive limitations being of non-Western ethnicity
