Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age > 18 years • Willing to sign informed consent • Planned elective CABG surgery with extracorporal circulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Use of theophylline • Use of sulfonylureas • Use of oral antiarrhythmics • Atrial arrhythmias • Right ventricular failure
