Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of cerebral vascular incident, first ever or recurent stroke Age >= 18 Aphasia reduced consciousness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of SAH (subarachnoidal hemmorhage);Premorbid dependency (modified Rankin Scale>4)
