18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Maximum age 75 years - Good understanding of the Dutch language - Newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Severe disease - Mobility problems
