Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with Down*s syndrome suffering from Alzheimer*s disease above age 40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of any active major medical disorder, immobility

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main study parameters are the feasibility of measurements, program design and implementation adherence, parameters of rest-activity rhythm, and working memory.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secundary study parameters are components of physical fitness, use of medicine and degree of intellectual disability. The components of physical fitness are endurance, body composition, strength, coordination and reaction time.
