Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- In-vitro development: (early arrested, late arrested or developing), and in vitro implantation: invaded, attached or not-attached. - Total number of embryonic cells, proportion of aneuploid cells, and relative distribution between inner cell mass and trophoblast on day 10 after extended culture.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Correlation between cytokine/trophic factor patterns expressed in (co-)culture media and the quality of development in vitro (early arrested, late arrested and developing embryos).
