Inclusion criteria: - age 4-75 years - diagnosis of obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorder or obsessive compulsive spectrum disorder. - willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: - primary or co-morbid diagnosis other than obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorder or obsessive compulsive spectrum disorder.
