Age
2 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * > 1 week postnatal , * 16 years * TBI with Glasgow Coma Scale rating * 9. * TBI with one or more of the following symptoms: subdural, epidural, subarachnoidal bleeding, infarct of brain tissue. skull fracture retinal bleeding * Hospitalization with or without intensive care * Informed consent parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * Age > 16 years * Neonatal intracranial haematomas * Brain tumors * Haematomas during tumor surgery procedures * Congenital brain malformation * Non compliance of child or parents
