Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary diagnosis of cancer with a one year survival rate of approximately 80% and treated with curative intent Age between 18 and 55 years Paid employment at the time of diagnosis Sick listed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to understand, speak, read or write Dutch sufficiently Severe mental disorder or other severe co-morbidity Primary diagnosis of cancer has been made more than two months ago Patients who are referred by an oncologist of a local hospital (third-line care) patients who visit the hospital for a second opinion Primary diagnosis of testis cancer primary diagnosis of melanoma or non-melanoma skin cancer
