Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Aged 45 years or older - Be available till the end of the follow-up period (12 months) - Working for at least 20 hours a week at the VUmc Amsterdam or LUmc Leiden - signing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Unable to be physical active - Not sufficient capable of using (writing and speaking) the Dutch language.
