Exclusion criteria: Oocyte donation Medical contra indication for pregnancy or IVF treatment Endometriosis >= grade 3 Polycystic Ovarium Syndrome (PCOS) Endocrine or metabolic abnormalities (pituitary, adrenal, pancreas, liver or kidney)
