Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all mentaly capacitated consecutive patients presented in the outpatient clinic for follow up of objectively confirmed venous thrombosis over the age of 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age under 18 year, mental incapacity
