Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Impaired Fasting Glucose (IFG) / Impaired Glucose Tolerance (IGT) - Inactive lifestyle - Motivation for behavioural change

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Co-morbidity which makes participation in programs to promote an active lifestyle impossible. - Cognitive dysfunction
