Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who fullfill the international criteria of Behcet syndrome

Clinical outcome measures: activity according to the current activity form Prevalence of the different organ involvement comparing western with non-western For example: percentage of patients with uveitis percentage of patients with complete blindness due to uveitis percentage of patients with diminished visus due to the uveitis comparing the prevalence between the patients in the Nederland, United States and Turkey, also comparing western (NL and US) versus non-western (Turkey)
