Interventions
The self help manager is a computer program that provides the patient of
feedback. The patient will fill in a questionnaire and the responses of each
question will yield a specific advice.

Age
18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: COPD patients, who are treated by a general practitioner, according to the DBC system for COPD.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: COPD patients, who are treated by the medical specialist; who recieve care by public health nurses; patients who have an unsufficient command of the Dutch language.
