Injection of 1 ml corticosteroids (Depo-Medrol ®, 40 mg/ml) vs injectie 1 ml NaCl 0.9% (placebo)

18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical ulnar neuropathy and abnormalities at EMG of the ulnar nerve or enlargement of the diameter of the ulnar nerve

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - ulnar luxation -

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Clinical outcome will be classified as: - no symptoms - symptoms clearly improved - symptoms slightly improved - symptoms unchanged - symptoms slightly worse - symptoms clearly worse The clinical outcome will be dichomotised. The first 3 points will be classified as good (0), the latter 3 points as worse (1)	—
