Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Elderly people: > 65 years • Normal weight (BMI 20-27 kg/m2) • Healthy elderly • Male

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type I or type II diabetes No recent history (5 years) of participating in any regular resistance exercise training program
