18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - male - age 18-35 yr - BMI 20-27 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects will be excluded if they: - Smoke - Drink more than three alcoholic consumptions a day at more than 5 days a week (drink on average more than two alcoholic consumptions a day) - Use drugs - Use medication or have a disease which may interfere with the results of the study;In addition the DEXA measurement and BIA exclude subjects - taller than 1.95m (DEXA) - having an ICD implanted or other metal implants (DEXA/BIA)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Main study parameter is the difference in fat mass (FM) and fat free mass (FFM) as assessed by the two-component and four-component model in each group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secundary study parameters are bone mineral content measured with DEXA and total body water measured with BIA and deterium dilution
