| *Physical fitness, using an estimated VO2max, will be measured with the 20m-Shuttle Run (20m-SRT)(van Mechelen et al., 1986, Leger et al., 1988) *Muscle power of five muscle groups measured by HHD (Munneke 1998) according to the protocol. Measurements: flection and extension of knee and elbow and powergrip of the hand. *BMI for children. | — |

| 1) Activities and participation compared with healty peers. These aspects are measured using the Modiable Activity Questionnaire. This questionnaire contains five questions: The effort with regard to last 14 days is required, also the number of hours watching TV and computing. Furthermore, the frequency and participating in sports (including competition level) and activities of last year. 2a) Level of competence using the Self-Perception Profile for children (Competentie Belevings Schaal voor kinderen, de CBSK), Veerman et al., 1889/1997 2b) Level of motor competence: The Motor Self-Perception Profile for Children( CBSK-M, Veerman et al., 1997) a supplement of the CBSK specifically measures motor competence. 2c) 'Hoe vind ik dat ik het doe?"(Gijzen 2003) , is a list of motor skills, that can be measured by images. | — |
