Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Offspring of longliving sibpair or spouse of sibpairs previously included in the GEHA-study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: use of antibiotics, cortisone-based drugs and/or anti-inflamatory drugs in the week before the visit
