Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coloncancer (CRC), diagnosed before the age of 70 2. Patients with CRC in their family with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis 3. Patients with an adenoma, diagnosed before the age of 40 4. Patients with an adenoma in their family with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis 5. Patients with polyposis and with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition in APC of MUTYH 6. Patients with cumulative more than 10 adenomas 7. Patients with syndromal polyposis (e.g. Peutz Jeghers or Cowden syndrome) 8. Patients with CRC and proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis 9. Patients with adenoma and proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis 10. Healthy individual with with proven molecular genetic heriditary predisposition for CRC or polyposis
