12 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >5 years of age Negative pregnancy test appropriate birth control confirmed congenital lipodystrophy diabetes hypertriglyceridemia If >18 years of age: able to read, understand and sign Informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV liverinfection allergy to E.coli-derived proteins
