Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mild or moderate intellectual disability Age 18 years or older Overweighted or obees (body mass index>25 kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with overweight caused by a genetic, a psychiatric or a pharmaceutical component. Motor or neuro disorder that limits the ability to exercise independently.

Health related physical fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, body composition) and physical activity (amount of steps a day).
