18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - At least 18 years old - Being able to walk for at least 30 minutes - No medical contra indication for continuation of current medication until 8 weeks after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Instability of the spine - Contra indications for physical exercise - Disorders other than neuropathic pain with influence on postural balance or locomotor function

Success rate during an obstacle avoidance task, static balance, gait pattern.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoints include: EMG amplitude and onset latency during the obstacle avoidance task, pain intensity during the experimental procedures, incidence of falls and near falls and Balance Confidence
