Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age between 21 and 65 years;Additional inclusion criterion for meditators: - To be able to experience the 3C state and to switch between the 3C state and a *normal* relaxed state.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Psychiatric disorders currently or in the past - Neurological disorders currently or in the past;Additional exclusion criterion for control participants: - Experience with meditation
